Make quick, crispy chicken wraps using your air fryer, filled with bacon, cheese, and ranch dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cooked, diced chicken breast
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil spray
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the diced cooked chicken in a small bowl. Lightly spray the chicken pieces with olive oil spray and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer if possible.
  3. Air fry at 380F (195C) for 5 to 7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is hot and slightly crisped.
  4. Warm the tortillas briefly in the microwave or a dry skillet until pliable.
  5. Lay out one tortilla. Layer with shredded cheese, the hot crispy chicken, crumbled bacon, and drizzle with ranch dressing.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then tightly roll it up from the bottom to form a wrap. Repeat for the remaining wraps.
  7. Place the assembled wraps seam-side down back into the air fryer basket.
  8. Air fry at 350F (175C) for 3 to 4 minutes, just until the outside of the tortilla is lightly golden and crisp.
  9. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness on the outside of the wrap, lightly spray the exterior of the rolled tortilla with cooking spray before the final air fry step.
  • You can use pre-cooked frozen chicken tenders and air fry them until crispy before dicing and assembling the wrap.
  • Substitute turkey bacon for standard bacon if desired.
