Make quick, crispy cinnamon sugar biscuit bites in your air fryer. This recipe uses canned dough for fast preparation and delivers a sweet, golden-brown snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16.3 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Cut each biscuit into four equal pieces. You should have 32 small pieces total.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon together. Set aside.
  3. Brush each biscuit piece lightly with melted butter on all sides.
  4. Toss the buttered biscuit pieces in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
  6. Place the coated biscuit pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
  7. Air fry for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately while warm.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, ensure the biscuit pieces are not touching in the air fryer basket during cooking.
  • If the coating starts to fall off before cooking, lightly brush the tops with a little more melted butter halfway through the cooking time.
  • You can use a small amount of cooking spray on the basket surface to prevent sticking before adding the dough pieces.
