Ingredients
Scale
1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Pat the salmon cubes dry with paper towels. Toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Place the seasoned salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and slightly crispy.
While the salmon cooks, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lemon juice, and garlic powder until smooth.
Remove the cooked salmon bites from the air fryer.
Toss the hot salmon bites gently with about half of the Bang Bang Sauce, or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
For extra crispy bites, lightly dust the salmon cubes with a teaspoon of cornstarch before tossing with oil.
Adjust the amount of sriracha in the sauce to control the heat level.
You can garnish the finished bites with chopped fresh parsley or chives.
