Creamy, cheesy dip mixes spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, and cheeses, then bakes until bubbly. This crowd-favorite dip is perfect for parties or movie nights. Serve it warm with bread or chips.

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
  3. Stir in 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate or a small baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite bread, crackers, or tortilla chips.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • You can prepare the dip ahead of time and refrigerate it. Add an extra 5-10 minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
  • Fresh spinach can be used. Cook and drain well before adding to the mixture.
