Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

  • Tortilla chips or celery sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture into an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and the crumbled blue cheese (if using) over the top of the dip.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden.
  6. Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve hot with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or your favorite dippers.

Notes

  • Cooked chicken can be leftover rotisserie chicken or chicken breasts boiled and shredded.
  • Adjust the amount of Buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese and ranch dressing.
