Make a fun twist on classic s’mores with this easy campfire s’mores dip. Melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows create a gooey, nostalgic treat perfect for dipping graham crackers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (12-ounce) bag chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, or dark)
  • 1 (10-ounce) bag large marshmallows
  • Graham crackers, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or prepare your campfire for medium heat.
  2. Spread the chocolate chips evenly in the bottom of a 9-inch cast iron skillet or other oven-safe pan.
  3. Arrange the marshmallows in a single layer over the chocolate chips. You can cut larger marshmallows in half if needed to fit.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or place the skillet over the campfire until the chocolate is melted and the marshmallows are golden brown and toasty. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
  5. Remove from the oven or campfire.
  6. Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of sea salt over the chocolate before baking.
  • You can use different types of chocolate chips to customize the taste.
  • Leftovers can be reheated gently in the oven or microwave, but the texture will be best when fresh.
