Make a refreshing, coffee shop style cherry vanilla iced latte at home using homemade or store-bought cherry syrup.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 shots espresso (about 2 oz)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons cherry syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew two shots of espresso and let them cool slightly.
  2. In a glass, combine the cherry syrup and vanilla extract. Stir briefly.
  3. Fill a tall glass completely with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the cooled espresso over the ice.
  5. Add the milk to the glass.
  6. Stir all ingredients together until well combined and chilled.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free option, use oat milk or almond milk.
  • If you prefer a stronger coffee flavor, use cold brew concentrate instead of espresso.
  • Adjust the amount of cherry syrup based on your desired sweetness level.
