Ingredients
Scale
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
1 teaspoon milk (for glaze)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon together.
Unroll the biscuit dough pieces. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
Dip each flattened biscuit piece into the melted butter, coating both sides lightly.
Roll the butter-coated biscuit pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until covered.
Cut each coated biscuit piece into quarters.
Place the coated pieces into the prepared baking pan. They can touch slightly.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
While the bites cool slightly, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk to create a thin glaze.
Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon roll bites before serving.
Notes
Use store-bought dough for the quickest result.
If you prefer a thicker glaze, reduce the amount of milk used.
