Ingredients
Scale
1 cup cold brew coffee
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice
Instructions
Brew your cold brew coffee. You can use store-bought or make your own by steeping coarse-ground coffee in cold water for 12-24 hours, then straining.
In a cold bowl, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
Use a hand mixer or a whisk to whip the mixture until it forms a thick, foamy consistency. It should be able to hold soft peaks.
Fill a glass with ice.
Pour the cold brew coffee over the ice.
Gently spoon the pumpkin cream cold foam on top of the cold brew.
Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade pumpkin cream cold brew.
Notes
For a stronger pumpkin flavor, increase the pumpkin puree slightly.
Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less maple syrup.
Ensure all ingredients for the cold foam are well chilled for best whipping results.
You can prepare the cold brew ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator.
