Ingredients
Sweetened Condensed Milk: 1 (14 ounce) can
White Chocolate Chips: 2 cups
Pumpkin Puree: 1/2 cup
Pumpkin Pie Spice: 2 teaspoons
Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Do not let the mixture boil.
Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined and the mixture is a uniform color.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan. Spread evenly with a spatula.
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into small squares.
Notes
For an extra touch, sprinkle a little extra pumpkin pie spice on top before chilling.
If you prefer a firmer fudge, chill it for a longer period.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
