1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
1 tablespoon vodka (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
In a small bowl, whisk together the instant espresso powder, vodka (if using), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
