2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the Greek yogurt evenly over the parchment paper, about 1/4 inch thick.
Sprinkle the mixed berries over the yogurt. If using frozen berries, there is no need to thaw them.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
Freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
Break the frozen yogurt bark into pieces.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Use full-fat yogurt for a creamier texture.
