Create delightful, bite-sized frozen yogurt and berry snacks. These easy treats are perfect for a cool, refreshing snack on a warm day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen, such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined and smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the mixed berries. If using fresh berries, you can lightly mash some of them for more flavor distribution.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag or use a small spoon to create bite-sized dollops onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  5. Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container or a freezer bag for storage.

Notes

  • For a firmer texture, ensure your yogurt is cold before mixing.
  • You can add a sprinkle of granola or chopped nuts before freezing for added texture.
  • These bites can be made ahead and stored for up to a week in the freezer.
