Ingredients
Scale
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Freshly Brewed Espresso, chilled
0.5 oz Gingerbread Syrup
0.5 oz Simple Syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
Garnish: Three whole coffee beans or a sprinkle of ground cinnamon
Instructions
Chill your martini glass.
Combine the vodka, coffee liqueur, chilled espresso, gingerbread syrup, and simple syrup (if using) in a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously until the shaker is very cold, about 15-20 seconds.
Double strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
Garnish with three coffee beans placed on the surface of the foam or a light dusting of cinnamon.
Notes
Use high-quality, freshly brewed espresso for the best flavor.
If you don’t have gingerbread syrup, you can make a quick version by simmering water, sugar, and gingerbread spices (cinnamon, ginger, cloves) until slightly thickened.
Adjust the simple syrup based on the sweetness of your coffee liqueur and gingerbread syrup.
