1.5 oz Gin
3 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
Chilled Club Soda, to top
Rosemary sprig, for garnish
Grapefruit slice, for garnish
Instructions
Combine gin, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and rosemary simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with chilled club soda.
Gently stir to combine.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a grapefruit slice.
Notes
To make Rosemary Simple Syrup: Combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan. Add a few rosemary sprigs. Heat gently until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, let steep for 30 minutes, then strain and cool.
Taste your grapefruit juice; adjust lime juice if the grapefruit is very sweet.
