2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, celery, red onion, dill, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
Stir everything together until well combined.
