Ingredients
Scale
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
Spread the sprouts in a single layer.
Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are browned and crispy.
While the sprouts roast, whisk together the honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
Remove the roasted sprouts from the oven.
Drizzle the hot honey mixture over the warm sprouts.
Toss gently to coat evenly.
Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful vista.
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can toss the sprouts with a tiny bit of cornstarch before oiling.
Taste the glaze before tossing; add more hot sauce if you want more heat.
If you prefer a milder sweetness, reduce the honey slightly.
