1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 ounces (1/2 cup) hot water
4 ounces (1/2 cup) unsweetened oat milk
Ice
2 shots (about 1/4 cup) espresso or strong brewed coffee
Instructions
In a small bowl or shaker, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Add the hot water to the sugar mixture. Stir until the brown sugar is dissolved.
Pour the brown sugar syrup into a glass.
Add the oat milk to the glass.
Fill the glass with ice.
Pour the espresso or strong brewed coffee over the ice.
Shake well until the drink is frothy and well combined.
