- 1 cup strong brewed chai tea concentrate (cooled)
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons raspberry syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Brew your chai tea concentrate strong and allow it to cool completely.
- Measure the cooled chai concentrate into a tall glass.
- Add the raspberry syrup and vanilla extract to the chai concentrate. Stir briefly to combine the flavorings with the tea.
- Fill the glass completely with ice cubes.
- Pour the milk over the ice and flavor mixture.
- Stir the entire drink gently from bottom to top to mix the layers without melting the ice too quickly. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a vegan option, use oat milk or almond milk.
- Adjust the raspberry syrup amount based on the sweetness of your syrup and your preference for tartness.
- If you do not have syrup, you can muddle 3 fresh raspberries with the vanilla extract before adding the chai.
