1/4 cup Italian vinaigrette
1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1/4 cup chopped bell peppers (any color)
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup sliced salami
1/4 cup sliced provolone cheese
2 tablespoons chopped black olives
1 tablespoon chopped pepperoncini
Instructions
Pour the Italian vinaigrette into the bottom of a mason jar.
Add the chopped romaine lettuce.
Layer the chopped bell peppers, red onion, and cucumber.
Add the cherry tomatoes.
Arrange the pepperoni, salami, and provolone cheese.
Sprinkle the chopped black olives and pepperoncini on top.
Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate until ready to serve.
When ready to eat, shake the jar well and pour into a bowl.
