Jalapeño Popper Dip is a creamy, cheesy, and spicy dip. It brings the bold flavor of jalapeño poppers without the fuss. This dip is perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces canned diced jalapeños, drained (or fresh, roasted and diced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in diced jalapeños, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and bacon bits.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
