  • Frozen peas: 1 cup
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons
  • All-purpose flour: 1/4 cup
  • Milk or half-and-half: 1 cup
  • Dried thyme: 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
