This orange creamsicle pie is a simple, chilled dessert. It combines the bright flavor of orange with a creamy filling, all in a graham cracker crust. It is a perfect summer treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water in a medium bowl. Stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Stir in cold water and vanilla extract. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gradually add the cooled gelatin mixture to the cream cheese mixture, beating until well combined.
  5. Fold in the thawed whipped topping until no streaks remain.
  6. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie crust.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set, before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger orange flavor, use orange juice instead of cold water in the gelatin mixture.
  • Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling.
  • Chill the pie for a longer period if you prefer a firmer consistency.
