Ingredients
Scale
1 (14.3 ounce) package Oreo cookies
1/4 cup milk (any kind)
2 ounces cream cheese, softened (optional, for a creamier filling)
Sprinkles or melted white chocolate (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Separate the cream from the Oreo cookies. Place the cream in a small bowl and set aside.
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. You can use a food processor or place them in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin.
In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreo crumbs with the milk. Mix until a dough-like consistency forms. If using cream cheese, add it to the reserved Oreo cream and mix until smooth.
Lay a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper on a flat surface. Press the Oreo mixture into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread the cream cheese mixture (if using) evenly over the Oreo rectangle. If not using cream cheese, you can skip this step or spread a thin layer of peanut butter or Nutella.
Carefully roll the Oreo rectangle tightly from one long side to the other, forming a log.
Wrap the log tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Once firm, unwrap the log and slice it into 1/2-inch thick ‘sushi’ pieces.
Garnish with sprinkles or a drizzle of melted white chocolate, if desired.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use full-fat milk.
Adjust the amount of milk; you want a firm, pliable dough.
Chill the rolls well for easier slicing.
Experiment with different fillings like peanut butter, Nutella, or even marshmallow fluff.
