Ingredients
Scale
1 cup strong cold brew coffee concentrate
1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
2 tablespoons salted caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
Ice cubes
Optional: Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
Prepare your homemade salted caramel sauce if you do not have store-bought.
In a glass, combine the cold brew coffee concentrate and the 2 tablespoons of salted caramel sauce. Stir well until the sauce dissolves into the coffee.
Fill your serving glass with ice cubes.
Pour the milk over the ice.
Slowly pour the salted caramel cold brew mixture over the milk. This will create nice layers.
If desired, top with whipped cream.
Drizzle extra salted caramel sauce over the top before serving.
Notes
You control the sweetness; adjust the caramel sauce to your preference.
For a richer flavor, use a higher fat milk or cream.
Make a large batch of cold brew concentrate ahead of time for quick lattes.
