  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup standard muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Divide the cooked sausage evenly among the muffin cups.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stir the shredded cheddar cheese into the egg mixture.
