Instructions

  1. Place chicken, broth, carrots, celery, and onion in a large pot.

  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
  5. Return the shredded chicken to the pot.
  6. Add the egg noodles to the pot.
